Elizabeth is a key leader in the Fung Academy’s talent and leadership development program, responsible for general learning programs that equip Fung Group executives with the skills, mindsets, and confidence to lead their business in a rapidly changing world. She designs programs that respond to organizational needs, drawing both on external networks of experts as well as internally trained leaders for scale and global reach.
Elizabeth has spent over a decade leading organizational development and design initiatives. Prior to joining Fung Group in 2018, Elizabeth worked in Goldman Sachs, the UK Civil Service, and Longman Pearsons, and consulted to several governments on these issues. She has taught, coached, led organization development initiatives, managed leadership programs, and designed HR systems. Elizabeth is also an International Coach Federation accredited coach (ACC), with a particular expertise in organizational change and culture, leadership impact and transition coaching. Her clients have included government leaders, managing directors, charity CEOs, and entrepreneurs.
Elizabeth has a passion for criminal and social justice, fueled by the time she spent working in prisons, sitting as a magistrate and sitting on charity boards.
She is similarly passionate about understanding what makes people, cultures and language work, holding a Masters in English Language and Linguistics from the University of Edinburgh. She also has an MSc in Human Resource Management from BPP University.
