We believe learning how to learn and adapting quickly are core leadership capabilities to thrive in today’s disruptive world. Through our ‘learning by doing’ programs, we build trust, relationships and communities that fuel our global learning network.

Leading Self Leading Others (LSLO)
This two-day program is key to vertical development for leaders. Vertical development refers to growth and maturity of perspective and has proven to be one of the best predictors of effectiveness in companies. Attendees cover topics that include: Managing and Leading; How to Give Effective Feedback; Team Development; Leading Others with Strengths; Sharing from senior leaders and more. Training is provided by an in-house team and takes place in selected regions.

Leadership Skills Enhancement Modules
Extending the learning from our signature Leading Self Leading Others (LSLO) program, we created a series of bite-size modules that further equip our leaders to meet various day-to-day leadership challenges. So far we have offered modules in change management, coaching conversations, handling challenging conversations and motivating team members.

Data Science and Artificial Intelligence
We understand the importance of data science and AI for the future as well as in the supply chain. To accelerate the Group’s learning in data and its application in our business, we design and deliver programs that enable colleagues to learn the skills of data science, and apply such skills as data analytics, machine learning and artificial intelligence to lead our industry.

Innovation Catalysts
Our Innovation Catalysts empowers our people and business units with the ability to find new ways to meet customer needs. The team runs innovation workshops such as ‘Hello Design Thinking’ to help colleagues understand the process, tools and mindsets for creative problem-solving, and provides support for our colleagues to identify new business opportunities.

Fung Academy Toastmasters Club
Hong Kong Fung Academy Toastmasters Club offers a proven structure to help members achieve their goals related to communication and leadership. During club meetings, colleagues are presented opportunities to practice public speaking and learn by giving and accepting feedback in a safe and supportive environment.
