The Innovation Catalyst team equips our colleagues with the skills, tools and mindsets required to innovate. Through Design Thinking workshops, they help business units learn how to bring customer needs into the problem solving process, identify innovation opportunities, ideate and rapid prototype new ideas.
The team also develops customized team trainings on demand, helping business units respond to their specific challenges in innovative ways.

The team also conducts ethnographic research, delivers customer and market insight reports, and supports the businesses in identifying and framing new opportunities to be explored.
