We offer ‘learning by doing’ programs, such as Leading Self Leading Others, Account Management as well as leadership workshops on Resilience, Coaching, Leading Change, Having Challenging Conversations, Leading through Change and Motivation to build skills, networks and knowhow for Fung Group’s success. We design and deliver new programs to build our senior leaders’ current and future development needs.
We also equip our leaders to train other leaders through our ‘Leadership Essentials: Train the Trainer’ programs, equipping leaders to tell stories, coach others and build vertical and horizontal development throughout the organization.
Coaching is a powerful tool to prepare Fung Group senior leaders to lead through an uncertain disruptive future. Through Executive Coaching, and Group and Team Coaching, we build capability, boost performance, unlock potential and increase engagement through impact-focused coaching.
We Nurture Top Tier Talent
Every year, we recruit top young talent with strong leadership potential for The Program for Management Development (PMD). The three-year program provides Management Associates with business training, rotation assignments and international exposure that develop them as individuals and excel as leaders.
